Notices: Term 3, Week 10

 Kia Ora Whanau!

We hope this email finds you well.  This term has flown so fast and you throw Covid in the mix and we feel like we have hardly been here. It's been a busy and fun term and we have really enjoyed the nice weather of late.

Next week (week 10) is the last week of term, all you need to know is below…

Bye Baxter

We farewell baxter on Friday and by golly he will be missed.  We have loved his cheeky smile, easy going nature and epic dress sense.  We wish Baxter and his Whanau all the best with their move home.

Changes to Swimming - We can no longer have parent help at the Swimming Pool.  This is due to the procedures in place at Level 2.  We ask that you do not attend this year's swimming lessons.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Swimming...

Your child will need...

1. A separate bag to house their togs, a towel, and a pair of named goggles

2. A large packed lunch as your child will be hungry this week and snacking throughout the day.

Room 2

Room 2 will have an early lunch and get changed into their swimmers and leave school at approx 11:45pm.  Room 2’s lesson time is from 12:15-1:15pm.  They depart the swimming pool at 1:30pm.

Children will have more to eat and drink on return to school at approximately 1:45pm.

Notices: Term 3, Week 9

 Kia Ora Whanau!

We are loving being back at school, it is certainly not something we take for granted when we know schools are still closed and Tamariki still at home in Auckland.  We are very grateful for where we sit.  We thank you the Whanau for sticking the the Level 2 regulations and staying off the school site unless necessary.  We know that you will feel a little disconnected from us at the moment but please know we are only an email away and HERO is still the best place to see your child’s academic progress and goals.

A seperate email will be sent your way regarding Week 10s swimming.  Everything you need to know is there.
