Notices: Term 2, Week 8

Kia Ora Whanau!

We are edging closer to the move and in preparation for that the next few weeks are going to be big. Please try to empty school bags out on the regular as we will be sending all art home over the coming weeks. We need to have T1 and T2 empty apart from furniture by the end of term.

Kiwi Birdlife Park

The Birdlife Park was a hit, a HUGE and sincere thank you for making this possible.  We will post some snaps to HERO so keep your eyes peels.

Recipe Book

We have collated the recipes that were bought in for this week news. It’s meant to be pretty cold and wet over the next week so get your bake on Whanau!

Parent/Teacher Connects

Have you booked a time to meet with us?  Parent Connects can now be booked on the following link Parent Connects

Emails and Newsletters

We know that the emails that can come from school can and do have alot of information in them so we do try to keep them to a minimum.  We do however ask that you please read them as well as the school Newsletters as there is alot of information in them that you need to know.  We often get emails sent to us with questions that have already been answered in one or both of those places.

Library Books

Mrs Gillan our Libarian is busy stocktaking and preparing to move the entire Library into the awesome new space.  She has asked that we do not issue anymore books this term.  It would be awesome if you could start sending all Library books in over the next 3 weeks.  We are storing these in T2.

Oral Language/News

Please see below for this week's topic as well as Tamariki's News Day.

Term Two Oral Language/News Topics

Week 8 - Photo - Bring along a photo of you as a baby.  At the end of the week we will try and guess which photo belongs to which child. Please note: These can be sent via email to Sarah and Nadia.
